Tempo Key Studios
The windows in our Studio A main control room can be
opened to allow the ocean air fill the facility. Most of of clients wear
shorts and bring a swim suit. The water is less than one foot from the
back deck. There is no other studio like it in the world... well maybe
one on a beach in Bali or something. We're right here in South Florida.
What we use for recording...
The Inlet Sound Recording Studios are available for various recording projects on a per-project or hourly basis. Rates are variable depending upon the requirements of the client.
The core recording system is: a Pro Tools HD3 Accel system with most of the available plug-ins on the market today.We use ART, Peavey and Bellari tube preamps, have a complete Digital Performer Midi/Audio System including a
Korg weighted 88-key Triton Pro-X controller/synth/sequencer with CD-ROM/RAM, the Akai S-5000 sampler, Roland JV-1080, Emu Proteus 1XR and Procussion sound modules,
and Reason Virtual Synths, Our studio B rehearsal room has Matchless Guitar Amps, Horn-loaded Ampeg SVT speakers with a Galien Bass Amp, Fender amps, more synths than we ever use, Gibson/Fender/Ibanez guitars and basses, an acoustic upright piano and a large set of Birch Yamaha Drums with 3 toms, great cymbals and hi-hat, a double bass pedal and a selection of available snares.
Our microphone closet is full of high end mics and any specific mic requirements that we don't have are only a phone call away.
The rehearsal studio is large enough for most band applications and is available for
recording.
The Studio B rehearsal room contains a Mackie 32 channel rehearsal system with the large Mackie powered monitors. We also have a fabulous PA system for live events when it's required.
Seriously... It's a comfortable control room with an iso booth and producer's area, a 330 SQ FT Drum Room and an adjacent two-story 700 sq. ft. holding area which can be used for additional recording space for drums and large ensembles.

Our creative staff and team of collaborators have successfully completed hundreds of projects for radio, TV and film including work for all the major broadcast and cable TV networks, film scoring, album production, radio shows, jingle packages and more. Cooper has worked with dozens of major musical artists, producers and songwriters. His songs have been recording by acts such as Johnny Mathis, Kenny G, Kenny Rogers, The Spinners, The Trammps and many more.
